Ms. Seiko Ikeda

Seiko Ikeda assumed leadership as Head of Japan at M&G Real Estate in 2022, based in Tokyo. She joined M&G Real Estate Asia acquisitions team in 2016 in Singapore before relocating to Japan in 2018. Her career spans over 25 years, encompassing key positions such as Director of Business Development at GE Capital Real Estate, where she was responsible for the inception and growth of the investment management business. Seiko also has substantial experience in developing strategy at Roland Berger, a German management consulting firm. Seiko started her career at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation engaging in M&A advisory and corporate finance. Seiko is an alumna of Keio University Japan, holding a Bachelor of Laws and International Relations. She is also a Certified Real Estate Broker.
