Mr. Ryuta Takeuchi

Ryuta Takeuchi is a well-respected real estate expert who has worked in the industry for over 25 years. Ryuta recently joined JLL to lead the Capital Markets business in Japan where he manages a team of 60+ advisors and oversees the growth of our clients' real estate strategies. He is an esteemed industry expert and regularly sought out for his knowledge and expertise, insights on market trends, and investment opportunities. Ryuta has a long and impressive career history, having started with Mitsubishi Corporation back in 1996. He has worked his way through various departments, divisions, and subsidiaries of the Mitsubishi Corporation Group. Most recently he was President and CEO of Diamond Realty Management Inc. From 2021 to 2023, he managed AUM of more than USD 8bil. through private REITs and private funds in Japan and the US​. Prior to that he was the head of the Executive Management and Strategic Planning Office in the Urban development group from 2019 to 2021.
