Hotel Information
The hotel room block and corresponding discounted rates will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to registered attendees. ULI provides hotel options at varying price points for attendees to choose from. Room rates are net per person per night and inclusive of breakfast for one person. All official ULI hotels are proximate to Tokyo Midtown Roppongi, the venue for ULI Asia Pacific Summit sessions and events.

How to book in the ULI block
Once registered, attendees will be provided with information on how to reserve their room. The last day to book a room in the ULI room block is Friday, 10 May, 12pm (GMT+8). Rooms in the ULI block are subject to availability at time of booking.
All ULI hotel reservations must be directly made via the link in your Summit registration confirmation email. Please be aware of scams where someone calls or faxes you pretending to be an “official ULI lodging coordinator.” ULI does not solicit special-offer lodging reservations via telephone or fax.
