Staff of ULI Asia Pacific Corporate Partners can redeem complimentary in-person tickets as part of their corporate partnership entitlements.
Summit Hotel: Shangri-La Qiantan, Shanghai
Hotel room rates will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to registered attendees. Rates are net per person per night and inclusive of breakfast.
- Deluxe Room (35sqm, City View): CNY1,300/CNY1,400 net (single/double)
- Horizon River View Club Room (35sqm, River View): CNY1,800/CNY1,900 net (single/double)
How to book at the ULI rate
Once registered, attendees will be provided with information on how to reserve their room. Rooms at the ULI rate are subject to availability at time of booking.

Why book a hotel room through ULI?
ULI and meeting attendees benefit in numerous ways when the ULI room block is utilised:
- Better travel protection: Attendees are better protected contractually and financially when booking in ULI’s room block in case of travel changes or issues.
- Lower rates: Attendees can take advantage of lower room rates negotiated by ULI.
- Loyalty points: Hotel loyalty points can be earned from ULI hotel reservations.
- Future opportunities: Filling up room blocks has a ripple effect for future meetings by allowing ULI to better position itself for competitive room rates and contracts in other cities.

Getting to the Summit hotel
Both Hongqiao and Pudong airports are reachable within a 30 to 40-minute drive. Oriental Sports Centre Station, where metro lines 6, 8 and 11 converge, is just a few minutes’ walk away. View directions to the hotel here.
Policies
- All requests for cancellation and refund must be made in writing to [email protected]. Verbal requests for cancellation and refund will not be entertained.
- Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
- Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI on or before 11 May 2026 will be awarded a full refund minus a USD200 processing fee.
- No refund will be awarded for written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI after 11 May 2026.
- Registrations may be transferred to another individual with the incurrence of a USD100 processing fee. The new registrant will be responsible for any difference in registration fees. If a registration is transferred from a ULI member to a non-member, the non-member fee will apply. Email [email protected] for assistance.
- Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if cancelled in writing no later than three days prior to the event.
- Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI event.
ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, audio, and video during the Summit. By registering for the event, attendees hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record them during the event, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
