ULI study tours aim to engage with key government and real estate organisations to understand best practices around policy, investment and programming, and their impact on the value – financial and social – of surrounding areas. ULI tours are exclusively open to Summit attendees only. Capacity for each tour is very limited to allow for better engagement and spaces will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. ULI reserves the right to amend the tour programme (including duration, hosts and itineraries) as deemed necessary without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, all study tours will depart from and return to the Summit venue, Tokyo Midtown Roppongi. Some tours may incur a small fee to cover transportation.
