The Higashi Ogishima Distribution Centre set a new benchmark in modern logistics infrastructure and now represents a beacon in urban rejuvenation. At nine storeys tall, it stands as Japan's tallest and one of its largest logistics facilities, delivering significant scale and capacity. Its human-centric and sustainable design have earned it S-rank CASBEE certification and BELS five stars rating. To meet the diverse needs of its users and enhance operational efficiency, the facility incorporates a range of amenities including three lounges, bowling alleys, 24-hour stores, a sky deck, private dining options, a park, fitness facilities, shower rooms, a free children's day-care center, and restrooms for drivers.
