Cecilia leads Aon’s Climate and Sustainability Advisory Practice in the Asia Pacific region. She has over 25 years professional experience advising clients on legal, insurance, risk, climate and ESG management. Working with Boards and senior leadership teams, Cecilia helps organisations across diverse industries to improve their risk maturity. She is an accomplished leader and brings a practical and solution focussed approach to her work supporting organisations to address their unique risks – both insurable and non-insurable – through risk mitigation and transfer. Prior to joining Aon Cecilia held Chief Risk and Insurance Officer roles where she was named Risk Professional of the Year by the national industry body for her excellence in risk management and leadership. She holds a Law degree from the University of Canterbury and is a qualified mediator. Cecilia also currently serves on the regional board of an international not-for-profit body as Deputy Chair and Chair of the Risk Committee.
