Ming Z. Mei is Co-Founder and CEO of GLP Pte. Ltd. (“GLP”), a leading global business builder, owner, developer and operator of logistics real estate, data centers, renewable energy, and related technologies. GLP reorganized its global fund management business in 2023 to set up GLP Capital Partners (“GCP”), a dedicated global alternative asset manager and Ming is also the Founder and CEO of GCP. GCP is the exclusive investment and asset manager of GLP with approximately $128 billion in assets under management as of 31 December 2023. Under his leadership and vision, GLP revolutionized the modern logistics industry by taking an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to growth and value creation and has since expanded into adjacent sectors and new markets. GLP’s listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange(“SGX”) in 2010 was the largest-ever real estate IPO globally at the time. Ming steers GLP to build an open and highly competitive business ecosystem that enables our customers and partners’ growth. The company has recently made significant progresses in building data center and renewable energy businesses as well as formed strategic partnerships with other sector and industry leaders.
