Mr. Eiji Enomoto

Eiji Enomoto has 38 years of experience in global real estate finance. As a founding member, he launched Nomura’s overseas investment activities in 1990 in a joint venture in US real estate with a major US pension, and domestically in 1997. In 2001, Eiji Enomoto established Nomura Real Estate Investment Management to manage various private real estate funds, and in 2005, established Nomura Real Estate Asset Management to manage securitized real estate products. He is currently the Vice President and Representative Director of Nomura Real Estate Solutions, Co., Ltd. Where he leads the process of digital transformation of real estate related services and real estate financial services through the company's Digital Business Lab.
