Ms. Fay Li

Fay is a Principal at Redpath Partners – a global executive search business solely services the property and real estate industry. Fay works closely with private and institutional real estate investors and property developers across Asia, building talent capabilities for all asset classes. She holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance and previously worked at PwC. Fay is part of the Executive Committee of ULI Hong Kong and the Young Leaders Group. She is currently involved in a key global initiative called Art in Place. It aspires to build stronger connections between artists, real estate enterprises, and local community through creative placemaking and redefine how real estate industry could create shared values.
