Co-Regional Managing Principal Gensler

Theresa is the Co-Regional Managing Principal of Gensler’s Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME) region. Previously, she spent 28 years in Gensler’s Washington, D.C. office, including seven years as Co-Managing Director, where she played a key role in some of the firm’s most complex international architecture and interior design projects. Her expertise spans large-scale mixed-use developments, urban master planning, and sports & entertainment venues that drive community engagement and economic growth. She was involved in the transformation of Rocket Arena (formerly Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse) in Cleveland, helping to guide critical phases of its redevelopment. She also led the visioning for Stadium Square in Philadelphia, a sports-anchored, mixed-use district designed to integrate sports, commercial and residential spaces, fostering a dynamic urban environment. With an international portfolio spanning sports, entertainment, hospitality, and corporate headquarters, Theresa brings deep expertise at the intersection of urban development and the built environment.
