Mr. Kim is the Chief Executive Officer of PIMCO Prime Real Estate Asia Pacific. He is a member of the Executive Committee and a voting member of the Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining the company in 2022, back then named Allianz Real Estate, he held various roles at NPS including Head of Real Estate Investment Division, Head of Global Real Estate Team, and Senior Portfolio Manager. Before this, Mr. Kim worked for GE Real Estate in Korea as a Senior Asset Manager. Prior to GE, he was an Investment Director at Signet Holdings, and an Equity Trader at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Kim holds a Master of Design Studies in Real Estate Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University.
