Hannah joined CBRE in 2024 to lead the Valuation & Advisory Services – Hong Kong (HK). Hannah is a highly respected and accomplished real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in the industry. After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong in 2008, she was elected as a member of the RICS in 2009 and the HKIS in 2012, underscoring her deep knowledge and commitment to the profession. Whilst having a strong knowledge of all aspects of valuation in Hong Kong, Hannah has developed specialisation in areas such as REITs, logistics, and data centres, where she has become a recognised thought leader, regularly contributing her insights through media channels and newspaper columns. Hannah’s exceptional capabilities and leadership qualities were further demonstrated during her time at Colliers, where she headed the valuation & advisory department with a team of over 60 staff. Under her leadership, Hannah’s team at Colliers received the prestigious RICS Valuation Team of the Year award for two consecutive years, in 2022 and 2023. Her strong commitment to the profession is also demonstrated through her involvement in several influential industry associations, including the AustCham Property & Infrastructure Committee, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Hong Kong Executive Committee, and the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative.
