How do I attend the Summit with my digital ticket?
You will receive an email with your login details before the event. Follow the event link and log in using your registered email address. Once logged in, you may start by building your profile so fellow attendees know who you are and can connect with you professionally. To join a session, go to Program and click on Join session.
What are the recommended system requirements?
The virtual Summit is completely cloud based and doesn’t require a separate plugin or download. You can open the event link on any system browser such as Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox, although certain features on the platform are best experienced on desktop in Chrome.
As with all webinars, sessions are best experienced with earphones.
Can I attend the Summit using my smartphone or tablet?
Absolutely! As this is a web-based event, it can be accessed on any browser*, including browsers on your mobile device, and the web layout is responsive to phone and tablet screens. You may also choose to attend this event on your mobile device using the ULI Asia Pacific Summit event app for a seamless experience.

How do I meet other attendees?
You can request a one-on-one meeting with any virtual attendee at the Summit by choosing Meet in their attendee profile, or click on Chat for an impromptu conversation. And it doesn’t end there – grab a seat at a virtual table in the Lounge and meet with other attendees via instant web-conferencing.
Can I view event timings in my own time zone?
By default, the event is set to Tokyo time. However you can switch to your own time zone by simply clicking on the Event Timezone button and switching it to My Timezone – this can be found on the Program page.
What if my company’s firewalls don’t allow the live stream?
If your company isn’t able to allow the live stream on your laptop, join on your smart phone or tablet. You may also consider attending the event on the ULI Asia Pacific Summit virtual events app.
