Mr. Olson is Executive Managing Director, Country Head, Japan and a member of the C&W Asia Pacific Executive Committee. He also served as Head of North Asia overseeing Japan and Korea for 8 years.
He brings more than 35 years of Japan and APAC real estate experience to the firm. During his tenure, Todd has broad commercial real estate experience extensively working in and managing Occupier Services, Capital Markets and Asset Management businesses.
In 2019, Todd formed and launched C&W's APAC Data Center Advisory Group and lead this vertical through 2024. He is still active on the APAC and Japan Data Center Advisory Teams.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle for 9 years. He finished his tenure as Head of Corporate Solutions, Japan overseeing the Tenant Representation, Project Management and Facilities Management business for JLL. He also served on the Global Tenant Representation Board.
Todd is an active Council Member of the Japan ULI Chapter.
He is from the U.S. and earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from Willamette University. He is fluent in English and Japanese.
