Mr. Siyuan She

Mr. Siyuan She, aged 36, serves as the Associate Director of the Ascendas China Commercial Fund at CapitaLand Investment (China). He joined CapitaLand Group in 2013 through the Graduate Development Programme (GDP). Prior to his current role, Mr. She held various positions from 2013 to 2021 in Design Management, Project Management, General Manager Office (Capital Square Shanghai and Jing'an ONE Residence), Owner Representative for Ascott Hengshan Shanghai, CEO Office (Real Estate and Urban Development), and RMB Funds. Mr. She holds a Master's degree in Tunnel and Underground from Tongji University.
