Ms. Sharon Quinlan

Sharon Quinlan is Global Head of Real Estate Finance at HSBC. She has over 25 years’ experience in real estate finance covering all asset classes, across both investment and development activity and through the full capital structure. Sharon has led both origination and restructuring functions across both coverage and product areas within commercial and investment banking divisions. She has spent most of her career in the UK but moved to Asia in June 2022 to take up her current position. Sharon joined HSBC in 2019 and leads a successful business of scale within the organisation
