Mr. Laurent Jacquemin

Head of Asia-Pacific, AXA IM Real Assets, Japan AXA IM Alts

Laurent is Head of Asia-Pacific at AXA IM Alts, where he oversees investment, asset management, and capital raising activities across the region. He manages operations from offices in Japan, South Korea, and Australia, and plays a key role in shaping the firm's global strategy through his seat on the Real Estate Management Board and the GLobal Inviestment Commitee. In June 2022, Laurent was appointed President and CEO of AXA Investment Managers Japan, in addition to his leadership responsibilities AXA IM Alts. Laurent joined AXA IM Alts in 2001 as a Corporate Finance Manager in Paris. Over the years, he has held several key leadership positions, including Head of Corporate Finance UK, Global Head of Corporate Finance, and most recently, European Head of Transactions, before transitioning to his current role in Asia. He began his career at Ernst & Young, working in both Paris and Brussels. With over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, Laurent brings deep expertise in investment, capital markets and strategic leadership. He holds a Master’s degree from EDHEC Business school.
