Study Tour | The Henderson

Open only to international members

Come and join us for an exclusive tour of The Henderson. Their team will guide us through the building’s featured spatial design and articulation, as well as their activation plan. Designed by world-renowned architectural firm Zaha Hadid Architects, the building comprises a GFA of approximately 465,000 square feet over 36 floors, 190-meter-tall. With an emphasis on integrating the built environment with nature, the tower is an urban oasis in the Central Business District, promoting access to green space. 

Know Before You Go 

• Cost: US$60 per person 
• Eligibility: Open to ULI Asia Pacific Summit 2025 delegates by registration only. 
• Capacity: Limited spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Departure Point: Regent Hotel. 
• What to Bring: An umbrella, comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a bottle of water.
