This multi-location study tour will bring delegates to Kampung Admiralty, lyf one-north and Enabling Village to showcase how Singapore is responding to the diverse needs of its community in an inclusive manner. From senior-citizen public housing, to co-living options for young professionals, to a community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities in society, this tour features ULI Global Award for Excellence winning developments that thoughtfully integrate different activities suitable for its core occupiers, whilst elevating its connectedness with the surrounding neighbourhood.

  • Overview of Kampung Admiralty, 2021 ULI Global Awards for Excellence Winner. It integrates senior housing, medical care, retail and F&B facilities on a compact 0.9ha site resulting in affordable apartments that facilitate inter-generational activities and social interaction.
  • Tour of lyf one-north, the new co-living development located at the intersection of the commercial, educational and residential clusters of the One-North district of Singapore.
  • Walk through Enabling Village, 2022 ULI Global Awards for Excellence winner. Gain an understanding of Singapore’s first inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into society, and how the different social businesses and community services can come together to uplift, provide training and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.

Know Before You Go
  • All ULI study tours have limited capacity. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Photography and videography may be prohibited in certain areas of the tour. If unsure, please consult the host.
  • Confirmed tour participants are encouraged to travel with the group by bus as there will be multiple stops along the route.
  • Light lunch will be provided
How to register
ULI study tours are exclusively open to Summit delegates only. A separate ticket is required and registrations will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. A link to sign up will be included in your auto-confirmation when you register for the Summit.
