Hotel Bookings
Regent Hong Kong is the official venue for ULI Asia Pacific Summit 2025 sessions and events. The hotel room block and discounted rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis to registered attendees.

How to add sessions to My Event registration
Easily customize your ULI event experience by adding sessions to your existing registration. Follow this quick guide for step-by-step instructions to select and manage your sessions seamlessly.
Policies
- Agreement
- Completion and submission of the booking form is binding confirmation of your commitment to take the pass booked at the rate advertised and your acceptance of these booking terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
- To qualify for the member rates, individuals must be paid-up members for their subscription year.
- Payment
- Payment should accompany all registrations at the time of booking and be made via the online system. If you have Corporate Membership, an invoice* can be issued. Please contact [email protected] for more information on corporate membership.
*Our payment terms are 30 days from the issue date of the invoice. If your booking is made less than 30 days before the event or payment has not been received by this date, you will be asked to settle the account before being permitted to enter the event. Ensure your accounts are aware of our terms to avoid any delays to your on-site registration.

- Please note: a place at the Summit is not considered confirmed until payment is received.
- Registration Types
- For early booking rates, payment must be received within the 30-day payment window. If payment is not received, ULI reserves the right to adjust the invoice to the current registration fee.
- If you select the incorrect attendee type, we reserve the right to amend your booking.
- On-site Pass Changes
- Please note that on-site swapping of badges between individuals is not permitted. All attendees must possess their own name badge, detailing name and organisation, which should be registered either before or at the event. Any individuals found without a valid pass will be asked to report to the on-site registration desk, where the appropriate entry fee will be requested before entry is permitted.
- Should you have registered in advance of the event but are unable to attend and wish to transfer your pass to a colleague, please refer to point 2 under Cancellation Terms regarding substitutions.
- Cancellation Terms
- Written cancellation and refund requests received by May 12, 2025 will be granted a full refund minus a USD 150 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received from May 13, 2025, or later. If payments have not been received by the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee will still apply.
- Registrations may be transferred to another member of your organisation. Please note that this may incur an additional charge, depending on the ticket type change.
- Verbal cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted; all requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
- Cancellation of your conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please ensure both are handled separately. ULI is not liable for attendee travel or accommodation expenses.
- Force Majeure
- If the event is abandoned, canceled, or suspended in whole or in part due to reasons such as war, fire, national emergency, labor disputes, strikes, lock-outs, civil disturbance, accidents, national mourning, the non-availability of the venue, or any other cause outside the control of the organisers, ULI may, at its discretion, repay the pass fee paid by the attendee, or part thereof, but is not obligated to do so. ULI shall not be liable for any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs, or expenses incurred by the attendee because of such an event.
- Privacy
- Be aware of scams from companies contacting participants to book accommodation or sell contact details of attendees. Please note, ULI does not share or sell any contact information to third parties. We urge you not to engage with these third parties or share personal details. To access preferential accommodation rates, please use the dedicated booking link on our website only.
- By participating in this event, you grant the event organisers full rights to use images resulting from photography and video filming, as well as any reproductions or adaptations, for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to support ULI’s mission. This may include, but is not limited to, usage in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, and associated marketing materials.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform ULI in writing by emailing [email protected].
- Attendees are required to make their reservation directly with the hotel.
- Attendees may stay at any hotel however ULI encourages booking at the Regent for convenience as most Summit events will take place at this hotel or nearby.
- Rooms in the ULI block must be reserved directly via this link in order to enjoy the ULI discounted rate.
- Cancellation of Summit registration does not constitute cancellation of hotel booking. In the event of registration cancellation, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel booking.
- The last day to book a room in the ULI room block is Friday, 9 May, 12pm (GMT+8). Rooms in the ULI block are subject to availability at time of booking.
- Type of bedding is on request basis, confirmation of which is subject to availability.
