Tony is currently the Partner who leads the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Real Estate Advisory business in Sydney Australia, which delivers innovative property solutions to clients through lead advisory support encompassing strategic advice, acquisition and divestment support, and project delivery management.
Tony brings over seventeen years of experience leading various property transactions and advising both the public and private sectors on property projects. Through his varied roles as both principal as well as advisor, Tony has significant experience in both running property businesses and advising clients on property matters.
Prior to joining PwC’s Australian property team, Tony was a General Manager at the ING Real Estate Community Living Fund (which he helped spin out into Ingenia Communities), where he was recruited to help turn around and run the fund. In his role there, Tony was involved in buying, selling, operating and negotiating debt financing for retirement and aged care communities in Australia, the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.
Before Ingenia, Tony worked at Stockland, where he was part of the senior executive team of the Stockland Retirement Business working as the National Business Development Manager. Prior to Stockland, Tony worked for NM Rothschild & Sons Australia, where he managed mezzanine finance lending across a number of industry sectors. He also spent several years doing strategy consulting with The Boston Consulting Group in Australia.
His education includes an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in the United States, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
