A senior international business advisor and Principal of KHT and Co, working with private and public organisations globally, and across a range of sectors and industries on leading change in strategy, policy and innovation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of RSVP Singapore – The Organisation of Senior Volunteers.
Kee-Hian has a special focus, both professionally and personally, on the ageing population, eldercare and senior living in Asia, and actively contributes to senior-related developments and media in Singapore and the region. He advises commercial enterprises and investors, voluntary/social organisations and advocacy groups in Singapore and the surrounding countries on private and not-for-profit senior housing, living and care.
He was a Senior Vice President and Member of the Global Executive Committee of Gemini Consulting (Cap Gemini). Based in Boston, US and London, UK, he was the founder and global leader of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice, and Supply Chain Management and Activity-Based Management Centers of Excellence.
His corporate experience includes being a Vice President and Member of the International Leadership Team of MCI WorldCom International, in charge of Strategy, M&A and Strategic Initiatives for Europe, Asia & Africa; and Project Manager, Offshore Engineer, and Underwater R&D with Shell International in London, UK & The Hague, Netherlands. Patent for underwater oil and gas production technology.
Kee-Hian holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he is a George_F_Baker Scholar, and he was a Shell Scholar and graduated with First Class Honours in Engineering from Imperial College London.
