Sun Mi started her career in New York City as a spatial designer. Over the last decade she’s worked on major new development projects throughout North America, EMEA, and APAC regions – at first representing hotel management companies and later joining the owner side. She found a next level of passion and purpose working on adaptive reuse projects with 8M, a boutique real estate investment and operating company. Sun Mi is the Director of Development Management at 8M and oversees the design and development projects for the company.
