Peter is a serial entrepreneur. He is the Founding CEO of Popular Street.
At Popular Street, Peter led a talented and motivated team that is determined, but flexible in making home rental hassle-free and rewarding for everyone. He researched and interviewed many users, created the initial prototypes, then led the team turning the design into an innovative home rental platform.
Before devoting his full time at startups, Peter led a high impact project at Cisco to make cloud service scalable and mobile. One of his patents is to make video delivery over Internet more resilient. Prior to Cisco, he helped AT&T architected the largest Internet video network in the world, U-verse. He also worked at Procket Networks, where Cisco acquired in 2004 for $90M. Peter has been a speaker, panelist and organizer for several Silicon Valley organizations, including AngelLaunch and Silicon Valley Forums. On a lighter notes, he exercises his right brain often. As a former “ametuer” concert pianist, he believes every human being has a creative side, with a physical medium to showcase them.
