With more than 25 years’ experience in real estate and academia, Ong Choon Fah heads the executive leadership team for Edmund Tie & Company in her role as CEO.
On top of strategy and management, her vision is to create a firm that is committed to industry-leading property consultancy that adheres to the highest ethical principles, supporting the community for long-term sustainability.
Choon Fah’s broad expertise in research and consulting in Singapore and beyond, in conjunction with her wide-ranging experience across commercial, government and non-profit organizations, give her an excellent overview of the industry. She also sits as an advisor on the firm’s recently formed digital media committee, and provides strategic directions to transform Edmund Tie & Company for the digital economy.
Choon Fah is a member of the ULI Singapore Executive Committee and the Council for Real Estate Agencies’ Professional Development Committee. Beyond real estate, her wide-ranging interests include the arts, education and lifelong learning. She is a board member of The Arts House Limited (under the National Arts Council), a life member of the prestigious Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and also an avid learner of MOOCs especially Coursera, an online platform that partners with top universities to offer courses to a worldwide audience.
