Neil Anderson is currently a Director and Head of Commercial Office space for Hong Kong at Hongkong Land Limited (“HKL”). His principle responsibility is to actively asset manage HKL’s 4.2 million sqft Grade A Office Portfolio in Central, Hong Kong.
Mr. Anderson joined HKL in May 2006 and has over 22 years of real estate experience covering both European and Asian markets. Prior to joining HKL, Mr. Anderson held a number of senior positions in both the West End and in the City of London.
Mr. Anderson was educated in the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University. He is also a graduate of the General Management Programme at Harvard Business School, and has also undertaken training through The Academy of Experts. Mr. Anderson was elected as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1999, and became a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS) in 2009.
He is also an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and currently holds a strategic advisory role reporting to the Board of Governors, on an as and when basis, having previously been the Chair for the American Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee.
