Ms Mindy Teo is the Vice President of Brand & Marketing and Digital Innovation for The Ascott Limited.
Ms Teo joined CapitaLand Limited in 2005 as the pioneer batch of the Group’s Graduate Development Programme, gaining broad-based exposure through several rotations over an 18-month period in Treasury, Research, Asset & Investment Management and Hospitality Operations across several business units.
She was deployed to The Ascott Limited in 2006 and over the past 10 years had held key responsibilities in various departments. She was previously head of the Strategic Planning department which works closely with Ascott’s senior management in areas of Strategy Formulation, Communication and Execution, Research Support & Environment Scan and Corporate Planning. She also has experience in HR Talent Management & Organizational Development and Asset Management. Ms Teo currently heads the Digital Innovation department which drives innovation and transformation in areas of Ascott’s Digital Strategy, Innovation Culture, Collaborations and Partnerships, New Business Models and Disruptions. She also oversees the Brand & Marketing department, taking care of both the company’s online marketing and marketing communications efforts. In addition, she leads the multi-disciplinary team behind Ascott’s latest serviced residence brand, lyf, which was launched recently to cater to millennials and the millennial-minded.
Ms Teo has a Master in Science (Engineering) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Michigan.
