Laura Sciuto is a change management and communications consultant with Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services group in New York City. In this role, Laura advises clients in the development and execution of their change management and communications strategies. Laura’s clients primarily consist of Fortune 500 companies that are executing projects requiring varying degrees of local, regional, national, and/or global support. Laura has supported clients in a number of industries, including real estate, consumer products, and telecommunications.
At EY, Laura is also involved in the Professional Women’s Network (PWN), EY’s internal group that dedicates its efforts to understanding the needs of female employees at all stages of their careers and developing or enhancing the infrastructure that addresses these needs. As part of the PWN, Laura organizes relevant events and discussion forums; she also supports internal communications efforts to raise awareness of the PWN and help engage women and men alike in the dialogue around supporting women’s professional success at EY and beyond.
Prior to joining EY, Laura’s professional experiences include working in a similar consulting capacity with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, also in New York City, as well as serving as a journalist at The PBS NewsHour in the Washington, D.C., metro area. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology and Hispanic Studies from The University of Pennsylvania.
