Professor Lam Khee Poh is the Dean of The School of Design and Environment at NUS. As an educator, researcher, architect and consultant, Professor Lam specialises in lifecycle building information modelling and computational design support systems for total building performance analysis and building diagnostics.
Professor Lam serves as a member of the Future Economy Council (Built Environment) Cluster sub-committee and as Advisory Board member of the Centre for Liveable Cities, MND. In 2013, he was awarded the Alexander Schwarzkopf Prize for Technological Innovation by the US National Science Foundation and received an IBM Faculty Award in 2010.
Professor Lam graduated from the University Of Nottingham, UK with a Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors and holds a Ph.D. in Architecture as well as an Emeritus Professorship from Carnegie Mellon University.
