Ken Rhee serves as Executive Director of Urban Land Institute, China Mainland. Since 2012, Ken has led the growth of ULI in mainland China and also contributed to ULI’s growth in Korea. Ken has written and edited many ULI publications including five ULI case studies, “Ten Principles for Urban Regeneration – Making Shanghai a Better City,” “ULI China Mainland City Survey,” and coordinated several ULI Advisory Service panels in China and Korea.
Based in Shanghai, Ken also runs his own business, Huhan Advisory, which focuses on application of BIM-related technologies in remodeling projects and developing a BIM-based building operation system.
Before establishing Huhan Advisory, Ken worked in investment banking and investment for Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.
Ken holds a BA in economics and business from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
