With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, accounting and finance, Kadono oversees all of IDERA’s fund management activities, including investment strategy development, fund product development, capital raising, and structuring and investor relations. Kadono joined IDERA in 2009 (then Atlas Partners Japan) and contributed to the firm’s growth by executing multiple recap transactions while providing fund management services to a wide range of domestic and international investors. After IDERA became Fosun’s subsidiary in 2014, she continued to fulfill the same roles in investing and managing Fosun group’s insurance capital into large size offices such as Shinagawa Seaside Park Tower, Harumi Island Triton Square Towers Y and W as well as in launching and managing joint venture mandates in residential and logistics with European pension funds. Prior to IDERA, Kadono spent 4 years at GIC Real Estate Japan and led various real estate investment projects including office, residential and retail properties. Previously, she worked for GE Real Estate Japan, where she managed various properties across Japan.
Kadono holds a bachelor’s degree from Osaka University and a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Public Administration at International Christian University. She is a Real Estate Brokerage License holder, certified public accountant (USA) and is a Certified Master of Real Estate Securitization in Japan.
