Savills Asia Pacific (Ex Greater China)

Christian Mancini was appointed CEO of Savills Asia Pacific (ex Greater China) and Group Executive Board on 1 July 2016.

Prior to the appointment, he served as the CEO of Savills Northeast Asia from 2012. He oversees Asia Pacific excluding Greater China and is responsible for the development of the Group’s strategic goals within Asia Pacific. Chris continues to serve as the Representative Director and operational head of Savills Japan and non-executive director in Savills Asset Advisory. He remains actively involved in investment advisory, asset management and client relations with the firm’s multinational and domestic client base.

He joined Savills Japan in 2004 and was made CEO of Savills Japan in 2007. He has been responsible for the ongoing development of the team and since has greatly increased the firm’s profitability.

CAREER HISTORY

Prior to joining Savills, Chris worked with GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan, RTKL Associates and Takenaka Corporation. He has spent his entire professional life in Japan, arriving in 1994 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from Bradley University.
