Andrew Moore was a founding partner of Pamfleet and is the Chief Executive Officer. Headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Singapore and Shanghai, the company invests in under-performing real estate, creating value through re-positioning, physical improvement, re-branding and active management. It operates across different asset classes, with particular expertise in office and retail. The company currently manages three real estate funds.
Andrew started his career in London in 1987, moving to Hong Kong with Jones Lang Wootton in 1993. He joined Jardine Fleming in 1995 as a portfolio manager, before co-founding Pamfleet in 2000.
He graduated with an honours degree from Portsmouth University in 1987 and obtained a Masters, with distinction, in International Real Estate in 2005. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
