Adam is Senior Director, Consulting at Cushman & Wakefield and has 20 years’ work experience in government, the private sector and academia. His experience covers strategic planning, tourism planning, the management of open space, and developing urban renewal strategies. Adam is an economist, environmental planner and sustainable development expert who has a deep, first-hand understanding of China’s changing marketplace. A fluent Mandarin speaker, Adam has extensive knowledge of China’s property markets. Since late 2013, Adam has been advising Chinese developers on their overseas expansion strategies and working on projects for Chinese clients all along the Belt and Road countries.
